We’ve worked across boardrooms, fields, borders, and bustling communities, and we still believe that a good laugh (and a strong cup of tea) can solve half of life’s problems.

Diana Apio Kasyate

Co-Founder & Managing Partner

The bridge between boardroom and community. Strategic, sharp, and always three steps ahead.

With 20+ years of diverse experience in multiple sectors and countries in Africa, Diana is your go-to changemaker. She has worked in Corporate/private sector, Government, media, NGO and Development sectors, navigating power corridors, boardrooms, public dynamics and community terrains to deliver shared value.  Her portfolio includes senior leadership roles and complex multi-stakeholder projects across different brands, industries, products, communities and organisations, including with leading multinational companies like The Coca-Cola Company, British American Tobacco and Nation Media Group.   Diana brings versatile skills into Corporate and Public Affairs, helping leaders and organisations to secure and protect their social license to operate and thrive.   

Her superpower? Seeing the big picture and knowing how to make it relatable to real people.

Whether she’s advising CEOs, driving grassroots advocacy, managing stakeholder relationships, shaping public perception, influencing policy, navigating crisis and change, or representing at strategic business and socio-economic platforms, Diana brings her trademark mix of brilliance and heart to every room she walks into.
Fun fact: she once worked in a newsroom — so yes, she does know how to handle drama under pressure!

Sandra Uwera Murasa

Co-Founder & Managing Partner

Global thinker. Policy whisperer. Transformational leader.

Sandra brings 24 years of powerhouse leadership in international development, sustainable trade, and strategy across Sub-Saharan Africa and Europe (yes, she’s basically a continental ambassador). She’s led organizations, shaped global policy, and championed bold new futures — all while keeping her cool and building strong cross-sector partnerships that actually work.

She’s got the receipts: Sandra’s leadership profile ranges from  Global CEO of  Fairtrade International, to  CEO of the COMESA Business Council, among other senior leadership positions in Africa. She is also the  mind behind some passion projects like – MWELL AFRICA.  Her passion is creating systems that don’t just work — they transform lives.
Oh, and she’s been named one of 2024’s “Voices of a New Era of Leaders”,  citing her passion for empowerment and impact in Global Trade, emphasizing learning and growth as central to sustainable success.
